আবেদনের বয়সসীমা: ৩১/০৮/২০২৩ তারিখে প্রার্থীর বয়স ১৮ থেকে ৩০ বছর তবে মুক্তিযোদ্ধা, শহীদ মুক্তিযোদ্ধার পুত্র কন্যা এবং শারীরিক প্রতিবন্ধী প্রার্থীদের জন্য বয়সসীমা ১৮ হতে ৩২ বছর।

আবেদন শুরু:- ০২-০৮-২৩ তারিখ সকাল ৯.০০ ঘটিকা হতে ৩১-০৮-২৩ তারিখ বিকাল ৪.০০ টা পর্যন্ত।

১. আগ্রহী প্রার্থীগনকে অবশ্যই নির্ধারিত ওয়েবসাইট http://erd.teletalk.com.bd এ Online Application Form পূরণের মাধ্যমে আবেদন করতে হবে। প্রার্থী ফরম পূরণের নির্দেশিকা (সংশ্লিষ্ট ওয়েবসাইটে দেওয়া আছে) মোতাবেক ফরম পূরণ করতে হবে।

২. আবেদনকারীর বয়সসীমাঃ ৩১ আগষ্ট ২০২৩ তারিখে প্রার্থীর বয়স নির্ধারণ করতে হবে । তবে মুক্তিযোদ্ধা/শহীদ মুক্তিযোদ্ধা/প্রতিবন্ধী কোটায় আবেদনকৃত প্রার্থীদের ক্ষেত্রে বয়স অনূর্ধ ৩২ বছর (বয়স সংক্রান্ত কোন এফিডেভিট গ্রহণযোগ্য নয়।

৩.আবেদনের সময়সীমাঃ a. Online এ আবেদনপত্র পূরণ ও পরীক্ষার ফি জমাদান শুরুর তারিখঃ ০২/০৮/২০২৩, সকাল ৯.০০ ঘটিকা।

b. Online এ আবেদনপত্র পূরণ ও পরীক্ষার ফি জমাদান শেষ তারিখঃ ৩১/০৮/২০২৩, সন্ধ্যাঃ ০৪.০০ ঘটিকা।

উক্ত সময়সীমার মধ্যে User ID প্রাপ্ত প্রার্থীগণ Online এ আবেদনপত্র Submit এর সময় থেকে পরবর্তী ৭২(বাহাত্তর) ঘন্টার মধ্যে এসএমএস এর মাধ্যমে পরীক্ষার ফি বাবদ ১-৫ নং ক্রমিকে উল্লিখিত পদ সমূহের জন্য টেলিটকের ৳২৩ টাকা সার্ভিস চার্জ সহ ২২৩৳ টাকা এবং ৬ নং ক্রমিকে উল্লিখিত পদের জন্য টেলিটকের ৳১২ টাকা সার্ভিস চার্জ সহ ৳ ১১২ টাকা পরিশোধ করতে হবে।

৪. Online আবেদনপত্রে প্রার্থীকে তার স্বাক্ষর (৩০০*৮০ pixel, Size Max 80 KB) ও রঙ্গিন ছবি (৩০০*৩০০ pixel, Size Max 100 KB) স্ক্যান করে নির্ধারিত স্থানে Upload করতে হবে।

৫. Online আবেদনপত্রে পূরনকৃত সকল তথ্যই যেহেতু পরবর্তী সকল কার্যক্রমে ব্যবহ্রত হবে, সেহেতু আবেদন Submit করার পূর্বেই পূরনকৃত সকল তথ্যের সঠিকতা সম্পর্কে প্রার্থী নিজে শতভাগ নিশ্চিত হবেন।

৬. প্রার্থী Online এ পূরনকৃত আবেদনপত্রের একটি প্রিন্ট কপি পরীক্ষা সংক্রান্ত যেকোন প্রয়োজনে সহায়ক হিসেবে সংরক্ষন করবেন।

৭. SMS প্রেরণের নিয়মাবলী ও পরীক্ষার ফি প্রদানঃ Online এ আবেদনপত্র (Application Form) যথযথভাবে পূরন করে নির্দেশনা মোতাবেক ছবি ও স্বাক্ষর Upload করে আবেদনপত্র Submit করা সম্পন্ন হলে কম্পিউটার স্কিনে ছবিসহ Application Preview দেখা যাবে। নির্ভূল আবেদনপত্র Submit করা সম্পন্ন হলে প্রার্থী একটি User ID, ছবি ও স্বাক্ষরযুক্ত Applicant’s Copy পাবেন।
